Work Location : Muscat (Oman)
Qualification/experience
- BSc in mechanical/chemical/process/instrument engineering.
- Minimum of 20 years proven experience in onshore oil and gas related facilities including hazard identification techniques and process safety requirement.
- Minimum 15 years proven experience in facilitating hazard and risk assessment workshops including PHA, HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, FMEA & FMECA, What if, Fault Tree analysis, Alarm Rationalization and Occupied Building Risk Assessments.
- Fully conversant with international standards related to process safety such as API, IEC, ISO standards.
- Recognized and internationally certified in facilitation of hazard evaluation techniques from an international body such as CCPS, ICheme, TUV, DNV or other.
- Experience and excellent skills in conducting gap identification & process safety Audits.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with demonstrated ability in facilitating workshops with multi-disciplined teams
